This page explains how users of the Cryovault CRM / Cryovault Fieldforce app can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
Cryovault CRM is intended for authorised employees, field executives, managers, franchise users, administrators, and business users of Cryovault Biotech.
You can request account deletion in either of the following ways.

When your account deletion request is processed, we may delete, deactivate, or anonymise account-related information such as:
Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, audit, operational, contractual, or business continuity purposes.
Where possible, retained records may be anonymised or disconnected from the deleted user account.
Account deletion requests are usually reviewed and processed within 30 days.
Certain records may be retained for a longer period if required by law, audit obligations, security needs, contractual obligations, or legitimate business requirements.
You may remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the Cryovault CRM app from your device.
Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete server-side account or business records.
To delete your account, use the in-app deletion option or contact us using the email below.
